About the Position:
Arrowpoint Properties is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of multiple apartment communities across the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.
About the Position:
- Schedule and conduct tours of available units
- Prepare and execute resident lease documents
- Review and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Respond to resident requests and coordinate work orders
- Oversee vendors and maintenance projects
- Collaborate closely with and report to the Regional Manager

Experience and Requirements of the Position: (principal requirements not limited to the following):
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize a must;
- Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing skills and resident relations skills;
- Approve bills and negotiate and/or approve contracts for service within the parameters of the approved operating budget;
- Be able to work with the Regional Manager in developing budgets, goals and capital improvement projects;
- Ability to take an authoritative role and delegate responsibilities;
- Required 1-3 years’ experience in management of residential properties;
- Extensive knowledge of primary software used by the Management Office, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of property management software
- Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must live within the general area (Merrimack Valley/southern Nh)
