David Lamattina is a seasoned multifamily real estate owner-operator with over 22 years of experience across acquisitions, deal analysis, property and construction management, asset management, and dispositions. As the Founder and Principal of Arrowpoint Properties, he leads all aspects of the business, including sourcing new opportunities, raising capital, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the firm’s growing portfolio.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, Mr. Lamattina has successfully acquired and exited more than 1,100 apartment units, with a combined market value exceeding $200 million. He has a proven track record in raising private equity from both institutional and accredited investors, consistently delivering strong, above-market returns.

Mr. Lamattina remains actively involved in the firm’s expansion efforts while cultivating long-term relationships with investment partners. He holds a B.A. from Fairfield University and lives in Andover, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children.

Jay Goldberg is a Partner at Arrowpoint Properties, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate investment, development, and operations across New England. Since 2003, he has been actively involved in the acquisition, renovation, and management of hundreds of multifamily units, consistently generating strong returns for Arrowpoint’s investors.

Mr. Goldberg leverages his deep industry relationships, market insight, and expertise in managing all facets of real estate transactions to help drive the firm’s continued growth. In addition to his work at Arrowpoint, he maintains an active presence in other real estate ventures throughout New England as both a general and limited partner.

Prior to joining Arrowpoint, Mr. Goldberg held roles at Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Consulting Transaction Group and Merchandise Mart Properties in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Massachusetts.

Mr. Goldberg resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and two daughters.

Mr. Arone is a seasoned investment professional and the Founding Principal of NextVenture LLC, a private equity firm focused on real estate development and small business investment opportunities in the Greater Boston area. At NextVenture, he leads the deployment of investor capital across high-growth, value-oriented ventures.

Prior to founding NextVenture, Mr. Arone worked as an independent consultant, advising clients on valuation, strategy, risk management, and real estate development. His earlier career includes leadership roles in M&A and valuation at GB Brands, the private equity arm of Gordon Brothers Group, as well as positions in corporate finance at Staples and corporate strategy at American Science & Engineering.

Mr. Arone began his career at Pratt & Whitney, holding various engineering and management roles. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Brown University, an M.S. in Engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

He currently resides in Winchester, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children.
